This being that it encourages foreign investment in our country. <BR/><BR/>As far as gas prices go, we have no control over that situation. Yet I think that it speaks to the strength of this economy even more, that we have been able to maintain the rate of growth that we have as well as the record low rate of unemployment even though people are paying more at the pump.
